Program The Paper Clip (And Have Your Revenge !)

   by Garry Robinson for www.pinpub.com

In a number of the Access and Excel projects that I have been involved in lately, I have been using the Microsoft Balloon object to great effect.  Its key feature is that it allows you to display a message and or list of items without interfering with the underlying program.  And you can guarantee the balloon object is on any PC with any Microsoft Office 97 or 2000 (or XP) application.   So why not get your own back on the paper clip and add an assistant to your software.
