Your Access Database Slide Show ~ Help Guide |
In the slide show below are the steps to
recover a database. We have set this up so that you can see what you are
going to encounter when using our recovery process. To see a slide in full,
click on the smaller image. Note that the process may seem a little long
winded but the process flows like a wizard and some complexity is required

The first thing to do is to click on the
following link to get started.
Start your
repair service now
Part 1. Uploading your file

Add a new user or log in as an existing user |
 |
Fill in your new user details and click register now. (Don't forget to save your username and password in a safe place). |

Log in to your new or existing account. |
 |
Choose your file with
an explorer browser and select whether you want to recover tables
only or all files. Press the upload file button. Note: If you choose confidentiality of high, the file will be encrypted on the server and will not be available to the engineer under any circumstances. |

A progress window will show you how the upload is progressing |
Part 2. Viewing your Recovery Report

When the file is uploaded you will be able to review the status of the job and you will soon receive an email telling you that the job is ready. In some badly corrupted databases, an engineer may be called to look at the file (if authorized). Generally though the process will run automatically. |

Now you will see a list of recovery jobs. Choose the Details button. |

Here you will see the details of job and you can now view the recovery report. |
 |
The first page of the recovery report shows you the name, size and Access version of the recovered database. It also shows the price of the recovery job which will vary according to price and complexity. You can accept and pay for the job now or look at the objects that are recovered. |

The online report shows you the objects that recovered. You can click on details to find out more about the objects. In table view, this means that you can see the last few records in the table |

Once you click on the Accept report button, you will be directed to an online payment form. |
Part 3. Payment
and Download

To make an online payment, we use the very popular Paypal service (from eBay) |

Now press on Make Payment button and follow the payment process through PayPal. |
 |
Once your payment has been made, you will be redirected back to vb123.com and you will receive an email telling you the file is ready to download. Click here to login again. |

After logging in again, you will see the jobs that are ready. You can download the file from this page or click on details for more options and information. |
To complete ~ Enter your payment
key that you will receive by email to unlock the database.
