My developers have long complained about having to cut and paste information into the Time form even if it only took 10 minutes to answer a question. So now we have a system that generates On-Line timesheet items by only typing a few characters into a message reply. 
 Here is a web form that we use when people want to join the site.  This generates an email that heads to the administrator. Bit more formal than plucking details out of emails.
