Next Tip  Here Is How We Read A PayPal Notification Email Using VBA

Here are some screen shots from PayPal reader download that comes with The Toolshed (Order Here).

Paypal Notification email with some contents blurred. Note that the paypal email is in HTML format so it is quite tricky to read in VBA code. 



Move the email to the _Orders folder (using a rule or manually)

Open the Main form in the Access Database (you can import full code into your database)

Press the Extract button and Confirm that the order is OK.

 


The order is read, data is added to the table and the email is move to the _Orders Processing folder.

 


Click on the View Order button that will appear when the Paypal email order is moved successfully.

View the complete details on the form that pops up.
